Mission StatementWe proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord. Therefore:
We are committed to making Our local church historyIn the spring of 1921 St. Mark's Parish and St. John's Mission joined together to become St. Mark's & St. John's Episcopal Church. The new church was dedicated on Oct. 27, 1927 on the corner of Culver Road and Rosewood Terrace where it stands today. We have been told that our church is adorned with some of the prettiest stained glass windows of any church here in the city. With the construction of the church came the building up of a community of faithful parishioners. Through the years, our faith has expressed itself in prayers, offerings, parish committees, and fellowship and discussion groups reflecting the diverse talents of our members. We invite you to come and explore what God is up to here at the corner of Culver Road and Rosewood Terrace. Welcome Home! |
